Not Satisfied with Your Purchase?
Here at Salon Supply Store, we strive to provide you with the highest quality service and products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Salon Supply Store, you may return the unused item(s) for an exchange or refund by contacting our customer support agents. Please remember to keep your shipping receipt until you receive your exchange or refund.


Can I Return It?
Yes, if the product was purchased within 30 days and is not listed below.

We can not accept returns on the following items:

  • Wax
  • Cosmetics
  • Nail Treatments
  • Nail Polish (Lacquer & Gel)
  • Items which require Special Shipping

We kindly request that any package valued over $99 be shipped with insurance.


How Much Will My Refund Be?
To be eligible for a full product refund:

  • Return must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Product must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the primary shipment.
  • Products valued over $100 must be shipped with insurance.

A partial refund may be applied for open or damaged products, depending on the condition. 


Will I Receive a Refund on Shipping Charges?
Return of products that are the result of an error by SalonSupplyStore will be eligible for a refund of both the product and shipping charges paid. 


When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are processed within 48 business hours of the request. Refunds for items which require a return shipment will be processed after receiving the return. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing credit card company or bank. Please contact your financial institution for more details.


My Product Arrived Damaged. What should I do?
It is normal for the shipping parcel to show some wear in the shipment process. However, if damage occurred to a product in your shipment, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible. Including photos of the damage will help expedite the return process.
